WASH Baseline Survey and Preparation of WASH Profile

CSDS carried out a Baseline Survey of Strengthening Municipal Wide WASH Governance for Social Change (SMWGSC) with the objective to undertake the baseline survey (HHs survey) including GPS and Photo of respondent which will produce baseline indicators and monitoring framework.
•    App based (Ackvo Flow) Census Survey in 34,896 House holds
•    Resource Mapping Survey.
•    Develop Logframe
•    Develop WASH profile.
•    Develop Baseline Survey Report (in English)
