Preparation of Periodic Plan of Arnama Rural Municipality

Periodic Plan (5 years Plan) of the local governments is key guidelines to drive the local development process in a planned way. It was a crucial step to start the development process after the restructuring porcess and the first election of local government. Arnama Rural Municipality have provided an opportunity to CSDS to contribute in developing its First Periodic Plan. Under this assignment, CSDS has provided its expertise in following activities to develop a periodic plan. 

• Situation Analysis at Ward Level,
• Facilitate Planning Workshops,
• Develop Vision, Goals and Objectives of Development ,
• Develop Result-based Log-frame,
• Develop Implementation Plan,
• Compile sectoral plans and finalize integrated Periodic Plan.
