• Preparation of ToR: Tasks involved preparing the Terms of Reference (ToR) for scoping and reviewing the potential adverse impacts of the proposed activities on ecosystems, environmental resources, and human health.
• Adherence to Environmental Guidelines: The ToR and final reports were prepared in compliance with environmental guidelines for the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration (MoFAGA) and the Ministry of Forests and Environment (MoFE) for approval.
• Master Plan Examination: Reviewing and examining all master plans for the project sites.
• Stakeholder Consultations: Consulting stakeholders at various levels (national, province, district, palika, and communities) through Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and Key Informant Interviews (KIIs).
