  • Architectural, structural, electrical, sanitary, and HVAC designs and drawings are prepared for the proposed hospital building.
  • All designs comply with the Nepal National Building Code (NNBC), Health Building Infrastructure Design and Construction Guidelines 2074 B.S., Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), and other relevant national/international codes and guidelines.
  • Includes the analysis of rates, technical specifications, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and tender documents for the proposed hospital building project.
